Failure to complete payment without communication will result in a warning and may lead to blacklisting if repeated. Ghosting is not tolerated. Please be fully certain before placing an order.

I only accept clear, digital reference sheets.

Refunds or new products will NOT be issued once the commission is completed.

If you are unhappy with the final result, I am open to making reasonable edits or corrections.

Chargebacks or cancellations are not allowed, unless I personally determine that I am unable to complete your order. Wait times will vary, and you may request updates or WIPs at any time.

My art may not be used in depictions of racism, homophobia, sexism, transphobia or any other sorts of harmful imagery.

Do NOT bid or commit to a purchase if you cannot pay. Retracting bids or failing to follow through with payments may result in blacklisting. Always communicate if any delays arise.

all digital character purchases are non-refundable. Same applies for any payments made through a payment plan. Chargebacks will result in a permanent blacklist.

In the event that a chargeback occurs, I regain all rights to the design and the reserve the right to resell the design (including any commissioned artwork attached to it).

Repeated offenses of ghosting/failing to follow through with payments will lead to being blocked. Please ensure timely responses to avoid any misunderstandings.

If you plan to involve me in a 3-way trade, you must state this upfront and clearly identify which character is being traded and to whom.

Overpricing of my designs is strictly prohibited. Buyer must be aware of the design's value. It is up to the buyer if they wish to pay more.

If a character has been received in a trade or bought for less than original value, it does not automatically gain its original value. (ie. buying a design for 30$ when it was worth $100, it's NEW value is now $30.) Any added artwork after purchase is to be added to the NEW value.

Any design of mine acquired as a gift or free MAY NOT be sold for monetary currency. They may only be traded or re-gifted. Trading may only occur if the design has additional artwork either commissioned or made by you. Otherwise it is still void of any value.
